That’s why we respond to emergency calls within an hour and often resolve issues the same day. By the way, I can’t always do it. Sometimes I’m too busy to get you in same day but usually I can.

 

30 Years Experience: 40 years of being a “computer nerd,” I guess. I was never really a nerd when I was younger but I was always on the computer whenever I could be. Now? I’m pretty much a nerd now I think. I mean every year that goes by the more nerdy I get. Is that normal?

 

Availability: Available for afterhours and weekend appointments if necessary. I understand what it’s like to work a 9-5 job and I’m sympathetic. I will work around your schedule if you need it. I do an appointment almost every night after rush hour and several on the weekends. No problem. And if it’s an emergency just let me know that too.
