Fast Response: I try get everyone in same day or next day. I understand the urgency of getting your computer back up and running. That’s why we respond to emergency calls within an hour and often resolve issues the same day. By the way, I can’t always do it. Sometimes I’m too busy to get you in same day but usually I can.

 

30 Years Experience: 40 years of being a “computer nerd,” I guess. I was never really a nerd when I was younger but I was always on the computer whenever I could be. Now? I’m pretty much a nerd now I think. I mean every year that goes by the more nerdy I get. Is that normal?

 

Availability: Available for afterhours and weekend appointments if necessary. I understand what it’s like to work a 9-5 job and I’m sympathetic. I will work around your schedule if you need it. I do an appointment almost every night after rush hour and several on the weekends. No problem. And if it’s an emergency just let me know that too.
